Our services include designing of pressure devices that meet the requirements of Directive 2014/68/UE (PED). We create full technical documentation of the devices required in the conformity evaluation procedure under the third attachment to the Directive 2014/68/UE. The technical documentation allows for the obtaining of a CE certificate, which is required when a product enters the EU market.
During the process of compiling the technical documentation we make calculations for typical pressure devices using the DBF method (Design by Formulas), in accordance to the harmonized norms PN – EN 13445, PN-EN 13480 along with other regulations like : AD 2000-Merkblatt, PD 5500 or ASME VIII.
In case of untypical pressure devices – on account of their construction and/or their working environment, which wouldn’t otherwise be included in analytical formulas incorporated in appropriate norms, we perform endurance calculations for pressure devices using the DBA method (Design by Analysis), which is authorized by the PED directive. The calculation method is in unison with the rules given in Attachment B of PN-EN 13445 norm. The technical documentation for untypical pressure devices is created in accordance to the demands of Directive 2014/68/UE.
