CIM-mes is an engineering company with over 30-years of experience in performing highly specialized design service. Our mission is to use state-of-the-art Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools to increase the competitiveness of our clients.
Creative use of simulation, combined with insightful interpretation of results and engineering judgement across a wide range of industries and technologies helps to make correct design choices through the entire product development process. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) are very powerful tools for improving performance and robustness, reduce prototyping costs and reduce the development time. Our broad cooperation with research organisations in different fields enables implementation of complex and challenging projects, finalized with finding the best solution to a given problem.
New design is always a combination of existing solutions with new knowledge. CIM-mes team combines life long engineering experience with new computer based techniques for virtual performance prediction and automatic optimisation methods. CIM-mes supplies also service based on development of specific design methodologies using advanced CAE tools and their implementation in existing product development process also providing engineering software when necessary.
To constantly improve our knowledge and experience we also perform co-financed Research and Development projects in the fields of computer science, sensing technologies and nano-materials.

dr Armen Jaworski - CEO
Graduated the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Mechanics and Machine Design. He is involved in CIM-mes activities since 2008, and since 2015 is a member of the management board and holds a position of Chief Executive Officer.
He has strong experienced in the implementation of R&D projects for new products and simulation software development. He specializes in computer modelling for engineering purposes and design optimisation.
Michał Majewski – CTO
Graduated the Faculty of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology specializing in Mechanics and Machine Design. He is involved in CIM-mes activities since 2003, and since 2018 is a member of the management board and holds a position of Technical Director.He carried out a number of research and development projects, including such topics like self-reinforced composites and the production methods of the "Lightsword" type lenses. He has strong experience in computer simulations in the field of structural (including pressure equipment), thermal and dynamics (crash, stamping) analysis.
dr Janusz Krasucki - Proxy
Graduated the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Mechanics and Machine Design. In 1993 obtained PhD in the field of mechanics. He is involved in CIM-mes activities since 1988.
Currently, is responsible for conducting engineering analyzes in the field of mechanics, including pressure equipment. He is an author of over 20 scientific publications and 2 patents.
dr Krzysztof Grabowiecki – R&D Coordinator
Graduated the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Aviation Equipment and Industrial Automation. In 1985 he obtained a PhD in the field of FEM modeling of hydraulic systems.From 1994 to 2014 he was a Chief Executive Officer of the company. Currently, he holds a position of R&D Coordinator. He specializes in nanomaterials and nanotechnologies as well as technical applications of their functional features.
